Best Management Practice

Daily routine after rollcall, include executives, field supervisors, mandores, drivers and checker attend  standing meeting.

This morning, my manager talk about BMP.

I wrote this simple note as reference and sharing to everyone interesting in plantation oil palm and for better future.

Best Management Paractice or BMP is a new planning of our management for All Ladang and it using as a parameter for checking by management or any results infuture during visit by top management like a RGM (Regional General Manager) , ED (Executive Director), PA (Plantation Advisory) or related visitor from outside company or anyone.

The objective of BMP is to be practice, doing and showing commitment and quality of Ladang and management in field.

The BMP is having 8 category to follow and apply in the field;
